Meet Our Loveland Fitness Trainers
With over 15 years of experience, Dave has a background in health and fitness as well as a certification in nutrition. His passion for fitness began through his love of sports and developed as he fought with his fellow brothers in the army. Since retiring from the military, his approach to fitness varies with age-appropriate programming as well as adapting to any bodily injuries that need to be taken into account. His overwhelming knowledge in strengthening the body has helped him gain almost 100 pounds in muscle strength over the past 10 years. He enjoys helping and establishes long-term client interactions with the goal of integrating exercise and optimal wellness into the demands of daily life.
Steve has an extensive background from training professional and amateur athletes to working professionals with nominal experience in fitness. For over 15 years, Steve has helped his clients achieve everything from meal planning to losing over 100 pounds of weight to gaining muscle so they can successfully obtain placement in competitions. Steve approaches fitness as a life long behavior modification where we have continuous improvement. He encourages his clients to build confidence by setting challenging goals and devising effective strategies to steadily achieve them.
Seth is a certified personal trainer with 10 years of experience. He also completed the Crossfit Level-1 course and helped to build a Crossfit gym in Johnstown, CO. In 2015, he joined the Legends Pro team at our gym in Loveland CO.
Helping beginners get their fitness on track while putting focus on technique and safety is his passion. If you're ready to make a real change and start living (rather than dying) come in to our Loveland Gym and see him to get started.
James has spent the last 10 years training people and studying different techniques through N.A.S.M. as well as other training programs. He puts together the best possible workouts designed specifically for your needs. He takes pride in helping you trouble shoot your areas of concern to provide you with the outcome you're looking for.
Massage Therapists at our Loveland Gym
Jessa incorporates a variety of massage styles to specifically address stress & tension in the body. She uses a variety of modalities such as energy work, hot stones, essential oils, cupping and CBD's. Jessa believes massage does not have to hurt in order to be effective and uses light to medium pressure in her sessions. Her soothing, relaxation techniques helps encourage the release of tension and stress without adding the unnecessary trauma/stress to the body.
Crystal cares deeply for her clients and always has their best interest in mind. Her gentle nature, attention to detail and energetic touch keeps clients coming back for more. She combines energy healing with structural rehabilitation. She uses medium to deep pressure during her massages. She specializes in Trigger Point, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Medical, Prenatal, Temporomadibular Joint (TMJ) work, Abdominal work, and Swedish massage.
Ashley has been practicing massage therapy since 2012 and specializes in modalities including deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, and myofacial release, as well as prenatal and lymphatic treatments. She believes massage therapy is a proactive way to support a healthy lifestyle.
Being a professional athlete, Jacob understands the importance of the body-mind awareness which is crucial to maintaining good posture and promoting a pain free lifestyle. He uses medium to deep pressure during his massages and specializes in Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Neuromuscular Therapy, Corrective/Sports and Cupping. Doing heart-centered work and having a client focused mentality is his goal to achieve balance and promote better posture.
