Certified Personal Trainer / Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer
Kaili is not only a certified personal trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist, but she also has extensive experience working with adaptive and inclusive athletes. Her passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health extends to everyone, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. Kaili is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all her clients, regardless of their backgrounds.
Kaili's comprehensive approach to fitness includes personalized coaching in strength training, endurance, cardiovascular health, athletic conditioning, mobility, stability, balance, hypertrophy, toning, and fat loss. She adapts each workout plan to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients, including those with disabilities or limitations.

Holly is a certified personal trainer who embodies passion, heart, and a fierce determination to help women transform their lives. With a specialization in weight loss and hormone management health, Holly's greatest joy is guiding women, especially mothers, on their journey to reclaim their health and confidence.
As a mom of three kids who are actively involved in sports and a military wife, Holly understands the challenges that come with a packed schedule. She knows all too well the toll that neglecting one's health can take on a person, but she also knows the transformative power of prioritizing oneself. Having gone through her own weight loss journey, Holly knows the importance of a personal perspective when it comes to prioritizing one's health.

Lynnae's driving force is to help people who are new to fitness or have been hesitant to start a routine feel confident, healthy, and happy. She strongly believes that fitness should not feel like a chore, but rather a way of life. Her own fitness journey started two years ago when she struggled with body insecurity and found taking photos of herself challenging. After working with the head trainer at Aspex Fitness, she discovered her true purpose in life - competing in bodybuilding and inspiring others to push beyond their limits.
As an athlete, Lynnae understands the importance of setting goals and motivating oneself to achieve them. She provides unparalleled guidance and support to her clients, empowering them to reach their fitness goals and adopt a healthier lifestyle. Whether she is working with them in-person or online, Lynnae strives to create a human connection and make a real difference in their lives.
